I’d love you to join me for this wonderfully healing Enerchi Sound Bath.

I use a variety of instruments including Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and complementary percussion.

As we begin the session, I’ll invite you to relax and allow the vibrations and the calm cleansing sounds to wash over you. The soothing sounds of these beautiful instruments encourage your mind and body to relax and your heart to open to new possibilities. Sound baths are also perfect for those who need to de-stress and release tension.

Doors will open at 6.50 pm and the Sound Bath will start at 7 pm when the doors will close.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue and there is a reception area where you are welcome to wait before the session starts.

What you need to bring
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring something comfortable to lie on such as a yoga mat, blankets to make a warm ‘nest’ for yourself, a pillow and if you like an eye mask or something to cover your eyes with. You may want to bring a bottle of water to rehydrate with after the sound bath.

Your first class will be free and the second class will be half-price. If you bring a friend you will get 50% off of that class and they will get their first class free.
